Ryan is committed to serving as a role model and
Living Well means supporting each other,
taking care of our physical and mental health,
and celebrating our legendary Ryan Culture.
across our entire industry. The Ryan Pledge has been
change ambassador for respect, decency and inclusion
signed by over 1,400 of our team members since it was
created in 2019. The words and actions remind us to
value each other, embrace our differences, and strive to
be the best people we can be while listening, learning,
and growing every day.
• In 2021, team members were encouraged to join our new Ryan Wellness platform to
participate in healthy activities, personal journeys, and one-on-one virtual coaching
for everything from nutritional guidance to managing finances and reducing stress.
By the end of the year, 66% of Ryan team members had registered on the site.
